Exchange & Refund Policy

 

Incorrect or Defective Products: 

To initiate a claim, customers must contact us and provide photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy. 

Conditions for Returns: 

  • The claim must be made within 3 days after delivery.
  • The item should be unworn, with tags with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Accessories: Pins, underscarves, scrunchies, and niqabs.
    • Sale items: Items purchased on sale.
    • Gift cards: Any form of gift card.

Exchange Instructions:

  • Get Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive confirmation.
  • Return Items: Within 10 days of approval, send the items back to our Karachi warehouse. Clearly mark your original order ID on top. Remember, items must be unused, unworn, and unmodified with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Inspection and Voucher: After inspection, we’ll issue a voucher for the scarves’ value, valid for 3 months on any future purchase.
  • Claim Rejection: Stained, worn, or modified items will be rejected, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Courier Charges: You’ll bear any courier charges for mind-change exchanges.

Return Shipping Fee: 

  • For returns initiated within the eligible period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • Items sent back to us without prior notification and approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

For returns, we offer store credit in the form of a voucher for future purchases. Currently, we don’t provide cash refunds.
